All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Alyvia's Corner is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at alyviascorner@gmail.com, and we'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
